Clearing unit for Table Tracker
By using the Table Tracker system, its usually important that the collected data (with key metrics) is accurate and reflects the actual situation of what service is like 'on the ground' in the fast casual restaurant. But there can be 'anomalies' reflected in the data because of the working procedures adopted. For example, if a runner delivers food to a guest or customer, without the LRS portable clearing unit, the only way to clear off the delivery is to return to this clearing unit device. This clearing unit can be used to 'clear off' the table tracker unit from the main screens used by staff once the food has been delivered; simple, safe and effective.
