A portable clearing unit can be used to 'clear' the table tracker unit from the main screen once the food has been delivered; simple, safe and effective; can effectively focus on tighter data collection for even better accountability.
These 'PCU' units are low cost, very light and can be carried in a pocket easily. The PCU will operate by just touching the tracker unit to the PCU device without removing it from the pocket or other location being worn. The result is 'instant' removal of the customers order off the system. Think about timings in data, and the PCU will 'save' time that would have been used in walking back to the regular clearing unit usually near the screens.
