Charging unit for Coaster Call Guest Pagers
Designed specifically for LRS customer and guest pagers the coaster call customer pagers and the CS6, CS7, CS8 and the new CS8 Text pager series of coaster call pro. The CH-R8 charger can hold up to 15 pagers each stacked vertically thus saving working area space that is often limited. Using two charging units as shown in the image its possible to charge up to 30 pagers using just one LRS high powered power supply. One of the best features of our chargers is the very small footprint on working areas that they take up in space. Competitive systems often have multi chargers with the transmitter in the same housing and that's OK, except that if the charger fails then you lose the transmitter too, or if the transmitter fails then you have to return the whole system. That type of solution is often very expensive to repair (if it can be), but the LRS guest pager chargers remove those problems in a compact design and truthfully failure rates are less than 0.03% so the chances of failed product are really low.
Some customers have two charging bases as shown - and they issue pagers from one of the units, and when the pager is returned by the customer they place that on the other charging base. This is useful to ensure that all pagers get used and all pagers get charged properly when not in use. Ensuring pagers are charged will allow them to operate for long periods in excess of 24 hours. In fact our latest products use Lithium-ion batteries and once they are charged, the unit will retain that charge for months if not used!
Just add the number of charging bases to match the customer pagers as 1 charger for each fifteen guest pagers its so easy and these chargers are low cost items too!
As you can see the chargers use an optional connector wire to connect multiple chargers so if you are buying two chargers be sure to ask for the connecting wire.
