We invented the 'invisible queue' with Coaster Call
Back in 1993 LRS identified that queues in pubs and bars were costing money through walkaways. The biggest problem is that without proper customer flow control then customers often do walk away when they see any queue. So we invented the customer coaster call pager system solution to make queues invisible so customers no longer walked away and the venue gained extra revenue. While customers wait they can visit the bar or use other amenities and that will increase secondary revenues even further. When customers arrive they are handed a CS7 Pro customer pager, later when their table is ready the unit will flash or vibrate to alert the customer that their table is now ready.
Many of these customer related solutions allow paging from a computer, a stand alone transmitter or even our small six push buttons are all affordable.

Table turns are the secret to increased profitability in a pub or bar. Customer pagers are a great way to allow staff to upsell while customers wait for their table but ultimately the more table turns equals higher profitability.
